Booking and drop-off was easy. .. after that it went downhill. Came in for my normal oil change and tire rotation on my QX-80 @ 10:30am. I checked the app every 20 minutes for a status and by 3:00 the app still said it was "in service". Knowing the shop closes at 4:00, I showed up at 3:30 and was the last person there, with my vehicle being completed hours ago. Was advised it was due to "IT issues" which is why I was never notified of my completion. The KICKER to all of this is the fact my tech stated I needed a new engine air filter. I LITERALLY INSTALLED A NEW AIR FILTER EARLIER THAT MORNING!! How can I trust my dealership when something as simple as an engine air filter isn't even checked, or if it is, I'm literally being scammed into a new one? I told my advisor and he did think it was odd that a photo wasn't included on the request for a new air filter. High prices I can understand and overcome, great service and knowledge commands an elevated price. BUT TRUTHFULNESS AND HONESTY IS AN UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY!! This is my 2nd Infiniti that I have been taking to Sanford Infiniti. Every time I have service I think it can't get any worse, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME I GET More
