MR. Jason Valdez saw me standing in the dealership and he approached me to ask if he could help me. That impressed me. He was professional and courteous. Greatest team of sales guys ever! Maini was perfect - straight-forward, honest, and so nice...nothing typical about him (and no skeezy sales pitch or attitude). Everything was FAST - in under an hour we were ready to go, completely happy, and well taken care of. Plus, when we went to pick my car up, they had put a sign on the inside with my name and "congrats" written on it with little decorations. This was by far the sweetest thing. We have purchased cars from other dealerships, but this was the first time ANY dealer had done something like this for us. They went above and beyond in every way. we will DEFINITELY be referring Sansone to everyone we know and will definitely be returning for future cars. Thank you SO much guys!! More

He took a great deal of time to explain every feature of my new Rav-4, provided a wealth of knowledge to all of my questions, as well as checked in with me several times to make sure there were no problems and I was still loving my new car.
