He took us to see rav4, we asked him questions about the car and he couldn’t answer us so we asked to see inside of the car. He said I have to go and get the keys, and disappear for almost 30 minutes just left us standing there and no one else even came to help us. Finally I decided that I want to go, as we were walking to our car a sale guy came out very casually spinning the keys in his hand and said are you guys the one who wants to see the rav4, I have the keys. I told him no and that I had another appointment. My family and I decided to go to another Toyota dealership, we were greet with a friendly smile and very professional. They didn’t leave us like Santa Cruz Toyota did. At the end I’d walked out with a car. Then about a week ago I took my car to get my first service, the people wasn’t friendly. After I dropped off the car they provided me with a shuttle home until my car is ready. It took them about three hours to get my car in and out which was okay. They sent a shuttle to pick me up. Omg the shuttle drivers were very friendly, very professional. They made my experience at Toyota bearable. When I arrived at service department, I’d check in and the service desk called for the car to be brought out so I went outside and waited for the car, in the meantime I was chit chatting with the shuttle drivers next thing I knew the shuttle driver said I think they forgotten about your car it’s been a long time. I’d look at my phone and realize that it’s been about twenty minutes since I’d came in and the service guy called for my car. so I went back inside and asked where is my car? The service guy said they haven’t brought it out yet. Overall I already knew how xxxxty Santa Cruz Toyota was. How unprofessional they are, and if you walked in the lot looking xxxxty and you aren’t white they will ignore you. This place is racist, they will speak to you if you dressed nice and drive in with a nice car when someone that looks poor they think that the pocketbook is shallow. Next time I’ll go to get my car serviced at a better Toyota dealer but if I don’t have time to go somewhere else I’ll settle for them. Unprofessional, rude and racist. More
