My Review of Saturn of Rockford:
After a terrible experience at Anderson Toyota i then moved on to drive a Saturn Astra at Saturn of Rockford. I went on a Thursday that all of the salesmen we're on a training trip to madison. The receptionist was very nice and the manager even came over to me and explained the situation and that they would get a salesmen to take care of us as soon as possible. It did take a while to get a salesmen but that allowed my brother and I to figure out how the Audio system on the Astra worked.

I am 24 years old and my brother is 20. Some salesmen would be tempted to not treat us with as much respect as they might some other customers. Even though the were short handed that day and quite busy our salesmen allowed us to go on a long test drive and spent as much time as we needed to explain and get to know the Astra, and never tried to rush us once. I would highly suggest anyone in the Rock River Valley looking for a saturn look up Andy Poffinbarger especially if they are young and would actually like to be treated with respect.
