My Review of Savage BMW:
I bought the 1997 528I from Savage in 2000 which was certified preowned. During the summer hot days, the dash board electronics would go blank. Non of the instruments work, the speedometer would stay at 0 (zero) same as the tachometer, fuel gauge on empty, etc. I brought it to the dealership several times due to this problem and paid the $50 deductible. This went on for 3 years and lots of $50 deductible paid. They never fixed the problem. I took the car to an independent mechanic and was told it was the instrument cluster but Savage never admitted to the problem as it is very expensive to repair. Buying a certified preowned vehicle at Savage is good as long as you don't experience a major defect with the car. The $50 deductible is only good if they fix the problem, I probably paid 25-30 deductibles to a defect which was never fixed.

I was contemplating buying a car.I went to a lot of different dealers,and looked at different makes. I found Savage BMW to be the most informative and professional in answering my questions without feeling pressured to buy immediatley.Because of that, I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a used 325I BMW. I truly felt comfortable at this dealership.

My Review of Savage BMW:
Service took 10 days, and still couldnt figure out what the problem with my car was. The car is a brand new 2004 5er. Engine noises coming from below the hood. And No one knows why or from what. I call for 4 updates, No one bothers returning any calls. Neither does anyone know the status of the vehicle except for the service agent. And he doesnt call back. Ive been taking my cars to this dealership for a 7 years now. And honestly im fed up. Every year, it gets worse and worse. Peter Savage stop worrying about having a Full recruit British Staff, and work on Finding some quality well knowledged Service people instead!!! A free bottle of water wont make you the top leading Cali dealership. Service and promptness Will!!
Terrible Dealership....I personally know more about BMW's then any of your Service Men or Sales Associates..

My Review of Savage BMW:
This dealer will do what ever it takes to make there customers happy. I have read alot of crap about them on other web sites and I dont belive a word of it. It's a shame that one person has a bad experance and did not try to work it out without bring there attorney with them. Give me a break!!!! I bet this person bought his car out of state so he would not have to pay taxes! What type of loality is that also cheating our state out of money. Some day he should come clean and tell the whole story!!!!!!!
