Service department trying to sell items not needed I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them back in 2015 and this dealer was doing the routine maintenance on it, my wife would take the car in for se I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them back in 2015 and this dealer was doing the routine maintenance on it, my wife would take the car in for service and they advised her that she required all new brakes and rotors, I was a mechanic by trade and still perform my own service and upon inspecting the condition of the brakes and rotors they were not in need of replacing! Shame on Sawyer Motors for trying to take advantage of a women. Sales department was top notch though. More
