On arrival to leave my car to replace the starter, we realized there was a nail in my back tire. He was very caring and helped me move items to the loaner then called me at every step of the way which I appreciated. He even let me use the fax machine. I couldn't have been more satisfied during what has been a very stressful period. Now I can drive to Tampa knowing that my car is reliable. I will definitely ask for Andrew the next time I need service! More

No pressure experience with excellent customer service I think we can all agree that the typical high pressure car buying experience is worse than a root canal... Scanlon is a refreshing exception.
