I would like to take the time to share the wonderful experience I had purchasing my vehicle from Scanlon Lexus. I live in North Carolina & I was in search of a 2010 LS 460 Lexus (black on black with the 19 inch wheels) I had been searching online and at my local dealership for this particular vehicle in the price range that I wanted. One afternoon I happen to stumble across the Scanlon Lexus website and began to view the vehicles that were for sale. I found the one that I had been looking for and I immediately called the dealership. Mr Wagner Brenes answered the telephone and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. Wagner responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely matter. He kept me informed throughout the entire buying process. We leased a new 2013 ES350 from Scanlon on Sat. 5/4. We dealt with Gary Behnken. This was our second transaction with Gary. Previously we had leased a 2010 ES350. They bought the car out of the lease early and put us into the 2013 at a very good price. Gary was wonderful to deal with, again. All the staff with whom we interacted with were great as well. This was the best car buying experience that we have had on our 50 years of car buying. Highly recommend Scanlon and Gary Behnken.

Doug Cahn,
Is one of those few salesmen that do not pressure you into buying a car.His knowledge, honesty and friendliness made this car buying experience very pleasant. The price I paid for the car, was exactly the same as quoted. Scanlon Lexus had all the paperwork ready and I was out the door with my new car in one hour.

Without hesitation, I will consider Scanlon Lexus for my next car purchase.

My husband and I have bought three new Lexus vehicles since 2007, and in addition to this, my husband worked with our salesman Ray Matthews twice at another dealership in the past. The Scanlon Lexus team is just great, both sales and service. We feel like family when we go in there and sometimes we just stop by to say hi and see what's going on. I don't think I've ever seen such a bunch of happy customers anywhere - it is common to get into cheerful, animated conversations with fellow Lexus fans that you have never met. Service is handled wonderfully and we feel the pricing is very fair. I just bought a 2013 GS350 this week, and besides the fact that I have been in LOVE with this model since the day it hit the showroom, I felt that everyone worked together to make me a deal that made sense for me. My husband and I were recently in the market for a gently used SUV. We decided to shop at several Dealerships in the Fort Myers area to compare models, price and service. We were very impressed with the Scanlon Lexus Dealership and especially with our salesman, Doug Cahn. Doug was the kind of person we wanted to work with in our search. He was personable and friendly, without being pushy! Doug was very knowledgeable about the cars and their options and took his time in showing us how things worked. Initially, we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, but Doug worked hard to locate an SUV that would meet our needs. Of course Doug found the perfect car for us and we knew that he worked out a really fair deal on the price.

Finally, in the end, when you own the car...it's really all about the service and standing behind your product. It's tough to beat the high standards of a Lexus and further...the friendly, quality service of Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers.

Moral of the story...1. Do your homework. 2. Go to Scanlon Lexus. 3. Ask for Doug Cahn! You won't be disappointed!

Doug cahn was absolutely great and this is our second Lexus that we purchased from him. He couldn't be more helpful and has a great working knowledge of all the Lexus models. I've sent friends to Doug and will continue to do so. He also does a great job with the Internet sales which we really appreciated. If you need a Lexus...go see Doug Cahn.

I travel from MN to FL specifically to buy my car through Scanlon Lexus of Ft. Myers. Denny and Doug are amazing. They made sure absolutely every detail was upon my arrival even picking me up at the aiport. The customer service they provide is above and beyond what I woudl have expected. Buying a Lexus from Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Wagner Brenes knew everything there is to knew about the Lexus ES 350 and was more than willing to describe every detail about the car's construction and it's many features.

We visited the showroom several times before making our decision. We never felt pressured, only welcomed. Since purchasing the car we have met with Wagner and discussed other aspects of the vehicle's operations. Such patience we have not seen before. We left with the feeling that buying a car from Scanlon makes you family.

We went in with our daughter to purchase a car for her and ended up buying a used car ourselves. Bill Myers was the friendliest and most informative salesperson. He was very professional in all matters and made you feel right at home. It was probably one of the least stressful times of buying a car that we ever experienced. All of the employees of Scanlon Lexus that we came in contact with treated us very well.
