I took my Volvo to Scherer for service work and could not be more pleased! They got me in quickly when I called, gave me a loaner for the time my car was in the shop and kept me apprised of their progress. be more pleased! As soon as I drove home from my service - I called that my car was out of balance. I had to return the next day to have this resolved. I’m not sure If this was on oversight or something that happens but it my car was out of balance. I had to return the next day to have this resolved. I’m not sure If this was on oversight or something that happens but it took a very long time to have oil change, rotate tire - fix a nail . Approximately 4.5 hours total. I was waiting and in future will have a shuttle to my work and pick up later. More
