Overpriced and dealt with a smartass salesman Dealt with a salesman named Skyler via email. I offered a price for a used vehicle on their lot, and instead of simply saying no we can't go that low, Dealt with a salesman named Skyler via email. I offered a price for a used vehicle on their lot, and instead of simply saying no we can't go that low, was offered an 8 year old high mileage, overpriced car. When I showed him another of the same year vehicle on AutoTrader with way less miles and priced way lower, he had a sarcastic response about not being able to finance it or get a warranty because it was a private seller. Apparently he thinks you can only finance a car and get a warranty through a car dealership. If this is what I have to deal with via email, why would I ever set foot in their dealership? Oh by the way, it's Schicker Ford now. Changing the name doesn't hide the terrible service. More

All lies Buyer beware. This company sells used vehicle that are not inspected with no upkeep on them I spent 40,000.00 on an f250 lemon with multiple problem Buyer beware. This company sells used vehicle that are not inspected with no upkeep on them I spent 40,000.00 on an f250 lemon with multiple problems. As soon as I left the dealer truck had no radiator fluid in it. But they just told me during purchase it was fully inspected and everything was fine. They did not honor warranty. 1100.00 for a new radiator when they told me it was already replaced. Now a few months later no refrigerant and s bad compressor 1500.00 no warranty they said. But it was inspected they said. Do not buy from these guys I will be contacting the news channels, all reviews, ico, yelp, Facebook, to warn everyone about this company. I know this review won't stay up because the dealership has access to deleting it but I will keep posting it once a week. More

Would not recommend Purchased a $40,000 truck and I wanted to keep my tires from my traded input on the new truck was told to come back later that day and I did and afte Purchased a $40,000 truck and I wanted to keep my tires from my traded input on the new truck was told to come back later that day and I did and after two hours they finally started working on it after another 30 minutes went by the technician came out and said that they don't have a machine to take off my 20 inch tire without damaging the wheels so I wasted a full day trying to get tires changed out and still left with my tires and I was offered two free oil changes which I declined and told them it wouldn't be necessary that I would never come back again and they said OK not very good customer service at all seems to be pretty common place with Ford dealerships More
