Not only did they try to overcharge me for the service, they did not fix the full problem. I wanted to love schlossman's but would caution "buyer beware." I hate leaving bad reviews but just want to make sure others keep an eye out. The lead up to buying went well with a knowledgeable sales per beware." I hate leaving bad reviews but just want to make sure others keep an eye out. The lead up to buying went well with a knowledgeable sales person and good test drives. But the delivery experience was poor. My sales person double scheduled my pick up, so he was running back and forth between customers. My already purchased brand new vehicle was parked in a customer lot. When I got it home, I realized it had a dent. Took it back in. Sales and management refused to check cameras. Told me they would patch it up, but not totally repair. I agreed thinking it would be done professionally. They had me come in another day and sit there for 45 minutes before they realized that the auto tech didn't work that day. Made me come in another day and sit promising a free tank of gas for my time. I work, these are precious hours. Finally the slapped some touch up paint on it. Didn't wash the vehicle (shouldn't that be done before any body work?) Never filled tank as they promised. When I reached out to let them know...the response was...we forgot. So now I'm driving an over 40 thousand brand new damaged vehicle after making multiple attempts to be really understanding. Doesn't feel great. Proceed with caution when using this dealer. More
