Great experience with Bryan. He was very laid back and didn’t try any coercive sales tactics. Smooth process considering I came in late on a Saturday. It left me wondering if I should have tried negotiating on the “one price” part of the motto, but all in all I felt like I was able to get a decent deal on a truck I really wanted. More

The one price policy is great. I prefer their no fees and no haggling policy. The attendants Shy and Tyler were great. Very supportive, responsive, communicative. Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership shop, they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only r they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I gave them another chance and again nothing was done my vehicle was still in the same parking space. At this point March had gone by and it was now April. I got tired of waiting and I had my truck towed to another dealership that took my truck in and got it up and running within 4 days. Absolutely don’t even think about going here the customer service is horrible and they don’t really seem to care to get your vehicle back to you at all. If I could give zero stars rating I would. Please don’t waste your time, they will only give you the run around and never actually get anything done. More
