My Review of Schumacher Chevrolet:
They "supposedly" gave me a break on the price but acted like they were doing me a favor when I picked up the car. I took it there twice for service and was told that nothing was wrong. Turns out that the test drive they took it on was from the parking lot to the garage... close so 100 feet. I ended up taking it to Crane Chevy and the diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time. they were courteous and helpful. Schumacher was definetly not. In fact, I would go so far as to say they suck and that is why they can barely keep the doors open. No wonder they are so hurting for business, the kids took it over and act like spoiled brats. Did I mention that I had to wait 30 minutes in the showroom before anyone ever ventured out to see if they could help me?
