Service very unresponsive, no real communication, no call backs and way too many recalls that no one seems to know anything about. I purchased a 2024 volvo xc60 recharge from Schumaker in Feb 2024. I received a notice for a recall and I also needed service on my vehicle. I called over 6 times on 6 different days to talk to the represen Feb 2024. I received a notice for a recall and I also needed service on my vehicle. I called over 6 times on 6 different days to talk to the representative (Steven) who handles service re recalls and never got a call back. Finally I contacted the general manager who got him to call me. I asked why I never got a call back and he said it was fixed by a software update. I asked why I wasn't told of this and he said he was busy. So I had to waste god knows how much time and energy in trying to reach him because he was to busy to call me back. If you are interested in a dealership that is responsive to customers, I highly suggest t.hat you go elsewhere. More
