Always a great experience I have lived down in palm beach county for the past five years and have been getting my car serviced here since the beginning. Being a young professi I have lived down in palm beach county for the past five years and have been getting my car serviced here since the beginning. Being a young professional with family that lives up north it is a reassuring feeling to know that I have a great service team that I know I can rely on. Thanks Sheila for always going above and beyond! More

I must say this change has been for the good and I'm happy to be a part of it. Sheila is AMAZING. What a smile! She is so helpful and honest...please never leave!!! Cole, your driver, is a very safe and professional employee. Kind courteous and prompt. I apologize for not knowing their names, Alex is one!- but two of your mechanics in particular are awesome...they both went out of their way to help me understand issues and went above their duties to solve my car problems..THANK YOU!! All of you...I'll be back every time my Volvo (4 vehicles) fleet needs attention. More

The first time I arrived on Jan. 18 2015 I was told they do not take walk-ins for cutting keys I would have to make an appointment. At this location they don't schedule appointments after 3 pm during the week nor on Saturdays. How a service department carries those types of hours is beyond me. So complying I scheduled an appointment for the next time I could fitting that criteria from my job as a school teacher. Feb 26 at 3 pm, however meetings ran long at work that day and there was no way of me making it for 3 pm. I called and spoke to a service rep I informed that I would be running 30 minutes late, I was told that would not work and that I need to reschedule. I was then told that they can schedule a shuttle service to and from work and that all I need to do is schedule an appointment for a specific time. I made the appointment for Friday March 6 at 8 am. Upon arriving at 8 am the data entry started and at 8:15 I was informed that the one driver they have is out on a delivery and he wouldn't be back for 20 minutes; since it is now a first come first serve situation and that individuals had been able to arrive earlier and thus now I was going to be late for work. If I was told to come early that would have been very easy. Their solution to the problem, "Sir you can schedule another appointment!" At that point, I had enough of poor customer service and communication. I asked for the location of another dealership that I can go to and I was told "I would have to Google it, just like him. Since we are a franchise!" One rep that heard the rude remark did say the nearest was Gunther. The next day I went to Gunther Volvo, surprisingly they took appointments and service on Saturdays; and even worked till 6 pm during the week. In 15 minutes of being at Gunther I had accomplished more and received much better service than the 3 month lack of customer appreciation ordeal at Volvo of the Palm Beaches. More

I thought he was going to further damage the ball joints with his force. It was the worst experience I have ever had.I would not go back here again. Not a good day for me.However I want to mention the service adviser inside and the cashier were very nice people. The mechanic needs training in customer service skills and efficiency. Now the Check engine light comes on. I called and took it back and they said they would fix the problem. After 2 days Corey Mckinney called me and said the problem was that the vehicle needed all the ignition parts replaced as well as the fuel pressure regulator - this is a TIMING issue which happened when they performed their work on the timing components...seemingly a total attempt to make more money off cuatomers. Good to Bad This is my second purchase from Suburban Volvo with my first in 2007 and my second a few months ago. My first purchase was for a new car and was done This is my second purchase from Suburban Volvo with my first in 2007 and my second a few months ago. My first purchase was for a new car and was done through internet sales with Ellen Mudrick who was great. I had no issues and everything was handled excellently (the only reason I did not give straight poor) This second time was such a fiasco. My husband had looked at a used car the day before. I was coming to look at it and take to our mechanic for inspection. When I sat down to discuss the deal my husband had made with the salesman all of the sudden he had a case of amnesia.I had to call my husband at work and go over each and every detail of what they had spoken about. It was a ridiculous back and forth. Then I was told I could purchase a warranty for the car. I did and then was called back several days later saying the car was to old and they could not honor the warranty. This was one of the main reasons I purchased the car was because of the securityof the warranty. Now, I have had several mechanical problems with no warranty. Makes me think they knew. I will never go back to this dealership ever after this experience. I do not know if there is a difference between buying new or used in this dealership but it was awful this time around. As a side note: I brought my first car to be serviced for a broken glove box handle and an oil change. When I came back to pick the car up the glove box handle had not been fixed and the service rep said that he wanted to talk to me about the cost first. He told me it would be $658.OO (THIS IS NOT A TYPE-O). Yes FOR THE HANDLE TO BE FIXED. I was astounded and ended up going to see a friend who owns a body shop who looked up the price for the handle--$11.88. I ended up calling the service manager, who did indeed fix it for free. However, after that I never trusted their service department, especially when I ended up paying $1,000.00+ for engine mounts just a few months earlier when my car had 55K miles on it. More
