Maryanne was a pleasure to interact with, cordial, and knowledgeable re the car and the various options available to me re the Volvo and new lease. She was gracious, very professional, and introduced me to her GM and service staff. While in the car, and before leaving the dealership, she walked me through some of the cars features, and spoke to the Sirius radio people to set up the new service for me. She waited patiently for the new service to start up, and helped me move my personal items from the old car to new. The overall end to end new sales process was quick, no hassle, and seamless. I would recommend suburban and Maryanne highly for any future new sales/service needs.
