Car was signaling low tire pressure. Found a nail in tire & called Scott Honda. They said bring right over & they would fix it. Which they did which gave me a great sense of relief. I had to take a trip the next day & couldn’t have done if they weren’t able to fix it right away. They have always been able to take care of my Honda in a timely manner which I really appreciate. We were so pleased with the service department at Scott Honda. We have had our Honda Pilot for 15 years, and we love this car, but it was overdue for an assortment of repairs and a major recall. Becaus Honda. We have had our Honda Pilot for 15 years, and we love this car, but it was overdue for an assortment of repairs and a major recall. Because of the distance, we have always had our car service performed at our local auto shop. Now, we realize we should have taken the time to drive to the Honda dealership. Our car performs better than it has in many years. Darren explained each item that needed to be completed, and he took the time to ask about our opinion. He was so trustworthy, friendly and kind! We will definitely be taking our car to West Chester in the future. More
