I first spotted the 03 911 on Auto Trader.com and then called the dealership.Gary Simon answered and since I was an out of state buyer, I asked him to describe in detail the condition of the car and any f called the dealership.Gary Simon answered and since I was an out of state buyer, I asked him to describe in detail the condition of the car and any flaws he saw,and his overall impression of the car before flying to Phoenix to see it in person. Gary did a very accurate job and based on his description,I decided to see the car for myself.Gary picked me up @ the airport, in the 911,and then spent plenty of time on a test drive with me.I was happy to see the car was just as Gary had described it and I felt that their was no high pressure sales pitch and that the price we agreed upon was very fair given all factors regarding the car. After agreeing to the terms of the purchase,Jay Wardell handled the rest of the transaction,including arranging for the shipping.This was all done via email,telephone, bankwire and fedex.I felt that the entire transaction went very smoothly and was handled in a very professional,yet friendly manner. In summary,I am very pleased with service I received and the way I treated by these two gentlemen.I would definitly do business with them again and not hesitate to recommend Scottsdale Ferrari to my friends and associates.
