It was 7:45 Monday morning, so I expected to be greeted by a grumpy sleepy service dept guy, but instead: Keith Fernando, service guy extraordinaire. Why extraordinaire? First, Monday morning. He was so nice! and so efficient! and so NOT monday morning! Second: he explained what they were going to do and why and I realize he was probably supposed to do that, but he was so pleasant about it, it really was great. And third: he called like he said he would and let me know when it was ready--may seem like a normal thing but in my experience it is not all that standard, so I appreciated it. Everyone there was in a seemingly good mood--so helpful on a Monday morning. More

Took our car twice after smelling a chemical smell and they could not fix it. They even said coolant level was correct but it was below the minimum and I had to point this out to the mechanic. For the 3rd attempt to fix this problem I drove over an hour north to Skagit Hyundai who immediately fixed the problem. Highly recommend going to a dealer that actually fixes your car instead of this one which says they can fix things and do things, but can't and don't. David responds on review sites asking to email or call him but never responds. More
