The service quality of this dealership has gone downhill since Brandon left. It took them 3 hours to replace a tire when they told me it would be 1 hour. I didn’t even know it was done until I walked up and since Brandon left. It took them 3 hours to replace a tire when they told me it would be 1 hour.
