Richie Warren was very helpful. I had two bad experiences back to back at SeaView Service. This last time the customer service representative was making inappropriate jokes, including other customers, saying back to back at SeaView Service. Richie was kind enough to speak to his manager and they got me additional discounts which was very nice. At my prior visit, the workers did not vaccum my jeep even though I requested it, they put the wrong mileage on the sticker and on my receipt, and it took a long time, even with an appointment. More
