I had a part that went out while the warranty was still active. Y’all had replaced this part 10 months ago and it was in your records. However this wasn’t caught by y’all nor was it passed along after I po active. Y’all had replaced this part 10 months ago and it was in your records. I also talked to 4 separate people and every one of them told me they would call me back and tell me what was going on before the end of the day. Not one of them called me back I had to show up the day it was finished to even find out it had been started. A little communication goes a long way and you guys seem to have absolutely no communication amongst each other. More
