First of all, they told me they were having a sale. And then when I told them that I wanted the pricing with the sale, they just refused to show me everything that was included in the total amount. The person who sold us the car was very nice and patient. But when we got to the Financial person, he was very kind to, but then started telling me a different price even though it was only a couple dollars different the Financial person started making up all these different excuses on how I should not even be complaining about the extra couple dollars and that I can never run away from taxes, I ended up telling him that it wasn’t the taxes that was concerning to me. It was more that I gave them all my information to give me accurate number before I came in. Overall, I would say that I will never go back and purchase from them again. The experience was horrible.
