I was given a loaner only to be told the tags had expired, so I had been driving around with expired plates. The car I purchased was 3 years old, with low mileage. The engine light came on, the tires were bald, the starter needed to be replaced and the oil changed all within weeks of purchase. This is a very shady dealership. The generic response to reviews “please contact us to discuss” is a joke. Take responsibility and you reach out to the customers that’s keeping you in business. Michigan is a large state and people do not have to buy vehicles from you. Be ethical in your business dealings so you don’t lose business and eventually your dealership. More

I had a good experience with Randy but they damaged my tire sensor and now I can't see my tire pressures. Scott is saying the only way to correct the problem that was caused after I purchased 4 new tires tire sensor and now I can't see my tire pressures. Scott is saying the only way to correct the problem that was caused after I purchased 4 new tires is to pay an additional $100 to replace the sensor battery. Turns out the same thing happened to someone else that I know. Something isn't right about this dealerships service department. Sounds like a scam to me. More
