I took my truck in to address a misfiring engine. The dealership updated some software and told me that would take care of the problem. I specifically asked the service advisor if the spark plugs a The dealership updated some software and told me that would take care of the problem. I specifically asked the service advisor if the spark plugs and/or coils were in good shape, and he told me they were. The check engine light came back on less than 12 hours later, so I took it to another dealer and found that the plugs & coils were an issue. So, either the Serra service advisor lied to me or the mechanic was incompetent. Either way it's not good. Also, they sent me a text that indicated we could communicate by text while they had my truck, but they ignored me when I texted back with questions. More

Saw Kaleb again and I am going to be seeing him again towards the end of the month for issues with my Ram. Obviously not his fault but he is a pleasure to work with every time. 10-22-25 Purchased used vehicle. Drove vehicle home 1.5 hrs. later. Vehicle began to encounter electrical problems. Motor fan would not shut off, door locks would continue to lock and unlock , radio screen was scrolling on its own, shorting out and transmission is making noise!!! Called your dealership immediately talked to Vinnie he said he would talk to his manager and return our call. In the meantime took vehicle to local transmission mechanic was informed that vehicles transmission had defective pressure regulator valve, was advised not to drive!! Returned vehicle to your mechanic on 11/27 . Mechanic acknowlodged noise but because scanner didn't show anything, said there isn't anything you can do!!! More
