Bob is great to talk to, but also got us through the buying process with efficiency and care for the details that mattered to us. We bought a vehicle "as is" but Bob still advocated on our behalf to fix a few minor issues that bothered us. He always offered us a water or some coffee and snacks, and was super accommodating with my wife and I both working full time into the evenings. I enjoyed talking hockey with Bob and I hope that I'll have the chance to buy another vehicle from him in the future!! Thanks Bob! More

Never book a service appointment from this dealer online. I did book a Mobile appointment and I got a couple of text messages that the appointment was confirmed. I even got a text early morning on the day of appointment and no one showed up. I called the dealer and they gave me all kinds of stupid reasons. Wasted my time waiting for them. I understand why people don't buy Ford vehicles. The products are good but dealers like these screw up. More
