I have had company cars for the last 7 years, and now I found myself at a juncture where it was time to buy a car of my own. I approached several dealerships, all looking for a suv, with decent gas milea found myself at a juncture where it was time to buy a car of my own. I approached several dealerships, all looking for a suv, with decent gas mileage, comfort, (hopefully "bells and whistles" that didn't cost an arm and a leg) and a price a I afford. As I worked my way around many different dealerships, I noticed that one person Tanya Murray was the most interested in what I was looking for, and customer service. So, needless to say, I had a great experience doing business at Huntington Ford with Tanya Murray. She is the reason, that I not only have a wonderful car that I love, (my Ford Escape ltd), but also the reason I will continue to do business with her going forward. In my opinion car dealerships and the salesman, have not been high on my list of trust. (sorry guys) When I walked in and met Tanya I really felt like she was working for me, and listening to me.....and it was true. She worked so hard, answering questions (and I had tons!), researching different options for me, and guiding me through the system. She was incredibly patient. I really grew to trust her, and would reccomend her to my friends and family. Even down to the night I picked up my car, she stayed with me (even though it was late and time to go home) and walked me through all the bells and whistles on the car and continued to stress that I could drive back in with any quesiton at all and she would help me out. Days later, she continued to make follow up calls to make sure all is well with my new car. Clearly she believes in customer service, which is a dying art these days! I have been struggling and my Mom just passed away few months ago--she said--"you must get a car, your dream car" I had no doubt that I would go to Huntington Ford in Rochester Hills, Michigan---when months ago--she said--"you must get a car, your dream car" I had no doubt that I would go to Huntington Ford in Rochester Hills, Michigan---when I called on the phone Curly Dan Wagoner was greeting me with care and a very laid back manner--not pushy or arrogant!! wow when I got to the dealership ( I had already seen the mustang the day before out front) the car was sitting in front - I said "there is my dream car!" I have never been treated so fairly and with so much care--not in any kind of purchase, ever. I was pretty ragged after the ordeal with my Mom and just moving back to Detroit. I knew what I could spend----and within reason of what they wanted --We agreed to make it a sale!!! These people at Huntington Ford are honest, and very caring!!! Hard to find that anywhere these days. I will always be so ever grateful that within 4 hours I drove home in my 2008 Red GT Mustang convertible(loaded) with a black rag top--How bout that one----now get to Huntington Ford, ask for "Curly Dan" and get YOUR dream car!!!! I originally called into the dealership to inquire about their available used cars. Sonny followed up with an email to indicate they had several cars that fit my parameters. I went into the dealership and met with Sonny who was very nice and professional. He showed me all of the vehicles that I wanted to see, and explained the different features of each one. He was easy to work with and made me very comfortable with my final choice of a vehicle which was a 2010 Escape Limited. He took care of me from beginning to end and followed up with a phone call to see how I liked the car once I had it home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle. More

Quite frankly, I stumbled on Huntington Ford after having dealt with 3 other Ford dealerships in my search for n dealership (worked with Sonny Sock). Quite frankly, I stumbled on Huntington Ford after having dealt with 3 other Ford dealerships in my search for new cars. At all other places I stumbled into (minor) issues but while working with Sonny not a single issue came up. I knew what I wanted and Sonny delivered. Great experience purchasing and I’ll certainly go back there for service and future vehicle sales. We had been there before for service (on our “old” Ford, a 2009 Escape) and we have been very pleased with the service end as well. I can recommend this place to anyone! More
