Sticker on window with next mileage for rotation, clearly not needed. Had to take it back where I get tires rotated.and have them re-done. Not a great explanation when I called about how tire threads are looked at. Otherwise, great service… this just soureded it, especially if I paid for a rotation in total cost! More

Thorough, attention to detail, professional, straightforward, and honest I think the service representative's name was Phil – and when I asked about my tires and when they may need to be replace straightforward, and honest I think the service representative's name was Phil – and when I asked about my tires and when they may need to be replaced, he said they are fine right now that the better tread tires are in the front so they weren't rotated in by fall.
