I called the service number and talked to two different people , gave my information and then was sent to a voicemail. Called back and asked for a manager and I got someone who did not care. She asked fo people , gave my information and then was sent to a voicemail. Called back and asked for a manager and I got someone who did not care. She asked for the same information and could not even remember what I asked for. Just trying to get a simple oil change nd a recall - just tightening of a battery terminal, and after 25 minutes of phone calls could not fit me in!! This is after two horrible experiences with a salesperson and now the service is following the trends. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! More
DONOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALSHIP !! Absoloutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior ! We had called the dealership an hour prior to our arrival to check out a used Kia Sorento . When we arrived at the dealership after driving 2 hours, to our great surprise the car was nowhere to be found. Tom,our sales person finally located it at the cleaners after a 30 min wait time and, we had to drive 10 mins to go to the different location ( i.e ... the cleaners )and test drive the car( Firstly, as a customer you expect that the car is ready and on location when you are calling beforehand to set up an appointment to checkout the car. Secondly, you DONOT have paying customers drive to the cleaners to checkout a car ... you have the car bought down from the cleaners or you let us know and reschedule the appointment.... that's why we SCHEDULE an appointment !! ... Duh !! It really isn't rocket science ! ) ... we didnot see the other red Kia Sorento since we already have a red car and didn't want another red car, which we very clearly communicated with Tom. Never the less, we spent a few hours at the dealership and finalized the deal on the white Kia Sorento and then drove back home . On reaching home , we get a call from the manager that the white Kia Sorento, that we spent half the day checking out was actually sold yesterday ! He told us that this happens and our sales person has been working really hard for us ( when we asked not to work with him anymore) !! ..... Seriously?? Are you kidding me ? That's like the FIRST thing to check .... if the car is sold or not !! ( And what he means by " it happens" is .... I am guessing...we are not the first people coming to this place to have such a thing happen to them !). And now they are working on getting ready the red Kia sorento for us to check out when we explicitly told them that we DIDNOT want a red car in the first place!! When I did say that I didn't wish to see this car,he also argued with us on how the car is a " sangria " and not really "a red " .... 🙄..... really ?? He also said that the most he can do for us is to let us know if the deal falls through. Unbelievable !! Just unbelievable ! We will not be coming back for sure and are writing this review so that all future customers are forewarned and do not waste their time with this place .Go there at your own risk ! Serra Kia dealership in Washinton MI .... a hundred times thumbs down for this terrible customer experience !! More
Terrible Service Department I went to serra kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Visit went fine. Up north for weekend my vehicle had a horrible shake it was hard to control I went to serra kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Visit went fine. Up north for weekend my vehicle had a horrible shake it was hard to control over 60mph. I took my car to another business for a balance assuming because of the rotation that was the issue. Definitely not!! The back tires were sooo packed full of mud then placed on the front without being cleaned out first. When i contacted serra kia their response was "I didn't pay for the tires to be cleaned out just a rotation". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They gave me my vehicle back knowing there was an issue!! Never take a vehicle there for service if you want it back running properly!! More
Always feel like a member of the family. Bought my car in 2012 from this dealership and even though I live out of state (4.5-5 hours away), I will SAVE my service calls and oil changes for Se Bought my car in 2012 from this dealership and even though I live out of state (4.5-5 hours away), I will SAVE my service calls and oil changes for Serra rather than the 2 dealerships in my own town. I've dealt with my 2 local ones before when I had no choice but to have it serviced for an emergency locally. But the lame service I received at both places makes me want to "save" my mechanic work & drive my car 4.5-5 hours NORTH to Serra to get the respect & knowledge they give me as a customer (from Teresa my advisor) and the excellent service I receive for service from the mechanics (Timothy in particular). Paul (the service manager) has always been great too whenever I've dealt with him. I'm in and out in a timely manner, the pricing is satisfactory and as I mentioned, the way they treat me is like a member of the family. I highly recommend the service center at Serra Kia in Washington. More

We found one online at Serra that included the car fax, a great shopping tool. Our sales person, Brandon, was awesome! knowledgeable, fair and no high pressure. We purchased the car and my daughter was thrilled. When a minor repair issue came up a few days later I called Brandon first. Even though there was no warranty Brandon and the service dept. worked with us and had us out the door in just a couple hours. Our experience couldn't have been better and Serra will be the first place I look when my next teen goes car shopping. More

Yesterday, I "stopped by" to explore options, as my lease was coming down to the final 60 days. I was blown away that Brandon remembered small, personal details about our interactions 3 years ago. I was blown away with his willingness to do everything he could to make sure I was getting the exact deal I wanted, in terms of the vehicle itself, and with the financial details. When I struggled deciding between two vehicle colors and was digging a coin out of my purse to "toss," he asked a simple question that made all the difference... and the decision was made. He went "above and beyond" repeatedly - this is a man who truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile (or two!) every time. Every step of the way, Brandon made my experience a joy.
