As anyone knows that dealerships promise you the moon when they are selling you a new car. I always say let us see how you are after the sell on your promises. Free oil changes for the life of the automobile is just one of these perks and they changed it to as many times as you need instead of 3 a year. This is when they are going to start to tell you how they will come to your house and pickup your automobile and drop off a automobile comparable to yours while they service it. ( I even asked if it was going to be a Prius jokingly) I bought a new 2024 F250 King Ranch ($95,000). Now the kicker for me is when I called to schedule the oil change (after being prompted by them with text messages) I asked them to pick it up and drop off a vehicle on a Monday over the phone. Tuesday they are asking for conformation for the scheduled oil change on Wednesday, I asked about the vehicle they were dropping off when they picked mine up. And they say they don't have any available. I call my salesman (Alan Reece) and he dances around and says he wants me to be happy and he will take care of it and call me back. Well no fix and no call back. I hope that if anyone has to deal with this dealership that they ask for everything that comes out of their mouth in writing as far as what they promise. When you walk out that door and the customer service you were promised is gone up in the clouds, you sure wished that you shopped somewhere else...I know I am wishing I went somewhere else. Just to let you know that they were advertising a different truck on the internet that I scheduled a appointment to look at, no they did not advertise that it went through a hail storm...waited for me to drive there and see it. Should have been my first sign of dishonesty. If this gives you cause to shop elsewhere, maybe you will not be angry with yourself for buying into the lies. Have a blessed day all! More

Was on the hunt for an Excursion. Looked high and low, found a bunch but most were ratted out. Found one online and Mandy Petree reached out regarding it. She went above and beyond to give me all the honest info she could (as I’m 2.5hrs away and couldn’t just pop in to check it out). She made sure to answer all my questions, sent videos requested, was not pushy like some salespeople, and was honestly a great person to deal with. If you’re in the market for new or used, I’d highly recommend getting with her to find what you need. You will not be disappointed and I’m quite confident if there were an issue, she would do anything within her means to make it right. Even after the sale, she answered questions I had. I can’t speak on behalf of the dealership itself, but as far as I can tell they will do what’s right as well! Thanks Mandy for all your help, you’re a great asset to SWadley Ford! Side note - Matt was not my sale rep, but he went out of his way to provide info on the vehicle I purchased that he didn’t even sell. Just shows the level of care they have to ensure that when you leave, you have no unanswered questions or concerns. More
