Just punch yourself in the face and get the same feeling Worst dealership experience ever! Had my Audi towed in on a Monday because it wouldn't start, I called the next day to see when they could look at it Worst dealership experience ever! No call back so I went the next day during lunch and was told that "towed cars are not a priority" They finally looked at it Friday and told me it would be done on Saturday. So if you want to never get updates or them to take their sweet xxx time with you then visit this place. More
Just had my A4 inspected and was informed by my mechanic that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to b that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to be watchful of them slamming me with additional charges for broken parts that were not broken. Low and behold - after being told everything was completed I get a call the next morning that another part in the engine was found to be broken (that my mechanic knew was not broken) and would cost $500 to fix. Stay away from these folks. Over the past 3 days I found 5 floks I know that had the exact same experience. I am reporting them to the PA Attorney General. More
I live across town and had mt car towed here because of horrible experience from a closer dealership. Anyhow they fixed it right the first time. Price was less than originally quoted. After arguing about the damage they did they said they would fix the huge dent in my trunk lid. 5. They brought it back with the trunk lid fixed but did a horrible job painting it. I had to take it to another body shop and pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed right. More
