Excellent experience. My service technician was very through with strong knowledge. James is so wonderful to deal with and him being the first person you see is awesome. We found Xavier to be very warm, helpful, honest and responsive to our needs. The problem that I have with the dealership is that they advertise a 3 year maintenance program but while signing the finan responsive to our needs. The problem that I have with the dealership is that they advertise a 3 year maintenance program but while signing the financial forms to buy the car, we find out that it is not exactly how it is portrayed. Apparently, the program is offered through Hyundai and Shakers only includes 5 oil changes. The dealership promises "Transparency" so I am disappointed with that. Also, ironically while writing this review, a Hyundai commercial came on the TV advertising 0% financing on Tucson vehicles for 60 months. We would have definitely been interested in this offer (our interest rate is over 6.2%). We heard nothing about the 0 percent offer at our meeting Oct. 31st. I feel that if Hyundai just came out with this program, we should be able to participate with the zero percent financing. More
