Scheduled appointment online for Tuesday 6/3 to drop off my 2024 GMC Sierra with 22k miles on it for check engine light. Upon arrival I was informed that ‘no bays available’ until Thursday or Friday, sched my 2024 GMC Sierra with 22k miles on it for check engine light. Upon arrival I was informed that ‘no bays available’ until Thursday or Friday, scheduled appointment didn’t matter. On Thursday I was informed that they diagnosed the truck and would perform a Software Update and replace the TCM (transmission control module) if necessary tomorrow, Friday. On Friday I was informed that the SW update and TCM replacement didn’t fix the problem and a ‘ticket’ was opened with the factory and will learn more next week. On Tuesday I was told they were going to push out new Software to try. Wednesday I was informed that they had ‘internet issues’ yesterday and were unable to perform any updates. They checked for any loose connections in the wiring, will do updates today and should be done by the afternoon. Thursday 6/12 I was informed that updates were done, problem fixed. Test driven three times, no issues. I don’t want to diss my service rep but I feel there was no sense of urgency by the service department. No loaner vehicle was offered. I’m glad they fixed the truck and I appreciate that they washed it. I’m bummed it took 9 days. More

VERY POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO REPAIR MY TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. BUT NO BODY CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE DELAY. i CALLED TWICE AND MARISSA NEVER RETUNED M TRUCK . i UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET THE PART. BUT NO BODY CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE DELAY. i CALLED TWICE AND MARISSA NEVER RETUNED MY CALLS. I HAD TO GO (05/18/25) AND FIND OUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY, MARRISA WAS NOT THERE SO I SPOKE TO ANOTHER SERVICE ADAVISOR AND A SERVICE MANAGER. AGAIN, MARISSA NEVER CALLED ME, ON THE 20TH I CALLED AND FINALLY I SPOKE TO MARISSA AND HAS PER HER STAMENT MY TRUCK WAS NOT READY BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO MOLD THE KEY SO THAT I WOULD BE ABE TO OPEN DOOR ETC, ETC, WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE HE HAD TO MUCH WORK. I WAS VERY UPSET I TOLD MARISSA THAT SHE BETTER DO SOMETHING OTHERWISE I WILL BE CALLING NOT ONLY GMC MANAGEMENT BUT I WILL BE CALLING GMC NATIONAL. More
