This review is in response to the negative review I wrote about Shea Chevrolet on August 11, 2022. I have a 2014 Chevy Impala which after taking in to be serviced, I was very, very disappointed. After wrote about Shea Chevrolet on August 11, 2022. I have a 2014 Chevy Impala which after taking in to be serviced, I was very, very disappointed. After speaking with Stacy, I can now say that I am a very satisfied customer. She came from behind her desk-sat next to me, looked me in the eyes and genuinely listened to every word I had to say. I didn’t get the feeling that she was half listening while trying to rush me out of her office…. She was very attentive and empathetic to my concern. I was very upset with Shea Chevrolet’s service department when I sat down in her office… which I had previously expressed in a review….But after speaking with Stacy, my problem was solved and I am now a customer for life!….Thank you so much! I am also thanking Michael Banks! Not because he is the best sales advisor ever but, because he is a genuine and honest person and Shea Chevrolet should be honored to have him there. Thank you to the service manager(sorry,I don’t remember your name) and Mr Wise. Michael, the intake service person, my negative review of you remains the same. Worst oil change and most expensive I have ever had. Had an oil change done and it was horrible. Most I've ever paid and nothing else was checked on vehicle. Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER MY WIFE TOOK HER 2004 GRAND PRIX IN FOR A FRONT VALVE COVER GASKET RECALL AND WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT MY WIFE TOOK HER 2004 GRAND PRIX IN FOR A FRONT VALVE COVER GASKET RECALL AND WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID IT WAS TO BE REMOVED AS PART OF RECALL. THIS WAS A PART OF MY CAR AND THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF IT. WENT TO DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPT WOULD DO NOTHING. AFTER TWO E-MAILS AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS WHERE I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME, STILL NO REPLY. ALL I WANTED IS MY ENGINE COVER RETURNED, I BOUGHT IT AND PAID FOR IT, ITS MINE AND I WANT I BACK. More
The customer service was phenomenal. They greeted you at the door and made you feel as if you were the their sole importance. Jenna the Service Advisor kept me well informed from when the part arrived to th the door and made you feel as if you were the their sole importance. Jenna the Service Advisor kept me well informed from when the part arrived to the approximate time it would be done. They fixed my car, which needed extensive front end work, within 4 hours and 30 min. The car felt and drove like a brand new car when I left. They went above and beyond expectations. The Courtesy Driver was the nicest person, he also kept me well informed of his leaving time and approximate time of arrival. He was right on time. Would strongly recommend them for your car Service. More
