The Pompano Beach Sheehan Cadillac service department led by its manager Tony, is abysmal in its performance. I purchased my 2022 XT6 from Sheehan Cadillac and bought their 100,000 mile warranty (current mil by its manager Tony, is abysmal in its performance. I purchased my 2022 XT6 from Sheehan Cadillac and bought their 100,000 mile warranty (current mileage 21,000). Two months ago I reported to Danny in service that I had an AC problem specifically, a rank odor emanating from under the dash when AC kicked on. I did not get any call back from that voice mail, so I called him back a few weeks later. So, my car has been in the Sheehan shop for a week now and they have NOT even diagnosed the problem! Manager Tony has not called me after my 3 attempts where I explained the urgency of the repair and asked that he call me back. Danny, knowing the urgency that I get this car back due to a travel commitment shows zero sense of the urgency of this repair. Now he is not answering my calls or texts. He even told me that the repair could take another week after the part comes in, which (as he knew) put us nearly a week PAST our departure commitment!!! Today I called the Sheehan front desk and was (presumably) forwarded to the Sheehan President's voice mail, where I left the message of the poor service and urgency of the repair. No call back yet. Its not like I do not know the difference between good service and bad. Vera Cadillac, where we bought our first Cadillac, provided us with EXCELLENT service, in my opinion. Sheehan service's technical abilities are so poor that SHEEHAN ASKED US for the Vera Cadillac repair report on our earlier 2019 XT5 that had the same symptoms (which Vera fixed). After about a week, Danny said that Sheehan will just use the Vera service report to fix our 2022 XT6!!! Can they be any more incompetent than this? I have more to say about this so-called service department failures, but this problem takes the cake! Save yourself some real headaches and avoid Sheehan Cadillac. More

He has excellent communication skills and keeps you posted throughout the entire process. He never made is feel as if we were bothering him. All around great guy. I am truly disappointed by the service skills ! On February 19th I brought my car due to an oil leakage problem, and it took almost 8 days for that issue to be resolved. When I took my car back the very next day a yellow engine warning sign appeared on the dashboard together with a warning sign saying 'Reduced acceleration: drive with care'. I was away for a week so I took the car back to the service on March 3rd for inspection. After 2 days I have been told it was related to depleted battery, the battery was changed and I received my car back. And again, 2 days later the same error message on the screen and the yellow engine sign reappeared as if nothing was repaired ! I don't understand what is happening but I have lost lots of time going back and forth to the service and it keeps recurring. Is it so hard to find out the real problem which is very likely related to the first act of repair done for the oil leakage issue ? I am very disappointed by the service skills of Sheehan Cadillac Pompano branch and I really started to reconsider my initial thoughts on buying the 2025 Cadillac Escalade to renew my current car. My 2022 escalade is only 2.5 years old but I spent so much time and efforts to drive in a safe and problem-free running car. More
