I had a great experience with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis when I purchased a preowned ES 350. I had looked at several other brands (BMW, Infiniti, Mercedes) and had visited or communicated with several dealerships before coming to Sheehy. Chris List was truly a cut above the rest of the salesmen I had dealt with. He was prompt after my first inquiry and was courteous in an effort to meet up with me given the hectic work schedule I have. When I arrived for our appointment he was waiting with a reserved parking spot and a water. He showed me the model I was looking for and answered all technical questions I had and then we went for a test drive of several vehicles. I had a question about the paint job on one car and he went so far as to get the detail person up to the lot to answer my questions and help me decide between two vehicles. He also took the time to walk to the Infiniti lot with me (at my request) so I could get a final look at some competitor vehicles. The only part that I was surprised at was the pricing. Sheehy does not haggle on preowned vehicle pricing. While I felt no pressure to buy the car, Chris explained to me that this was their policy. I involved Doug King who verified this policy and explained the reasoning behind it. They feel it adds too much stress to purchasing a vehicle and makes the interaction between salesman and purchaser too much of a confrontation. Fair enough. If you are looking to haggle for a used car--forget it. With that being said, Doug and Chris made sure that this vehicle was absolutely pristine when it was delivered. There were several superficial scratches on the outside and a scratch on the inside middle console that we noted on the lot. Mr King assured that as part of their service, they would be sure the car was immaculate and these scratches (inside and out) would be removed before delivery. When the car was delivered a few days later, they were true to their word and the car looked great. So, I paid a little more than I anticipated (but basically at bluebook value) but the service made it well worth it.

I never write reviews for anything. I will gladly do it after the experience I had at Sheehy Lexus with Chris List. I have bought 4 cars now and this is my first Lexus. Chris went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and confident in my purchase. It was by far the simplest experience, no pressure, no haggling, nothing negative at all as I've experienced with my previous endeavors. I live almost two hours away and will drive back just for this type of salesmanship. The man knows his product and will even help you out on his day off after the sale as well. You won't be disappointed.

Shandrial Hudson was my salesperson and provided excellent customer service. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Lexus ES350 to purchase a 2013 RX350 or another ES350. As soon as I sent the online inquiry for financing, I received a phone call within 3 minutes from Shandrial Hudson, with information that my inquiry was received and passed on to the finance department and she would get right back with me on their decision, which she did within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment for me to come in. Shandrial made the process so very easy, I had never leased a vehicle before, so she explained the process in simple terms and she was very patient with me. Because of her kindness, patience, understanding, and excellent customer service I decided to lease for the very first time instead of purchasing a 2013 ES350 fully loaded, and it has been the best decision I have ever made for obtaining a vehicle. I first learned about Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and Chris Martin through Edmunds.com. I have never trusted a car dealership or their sales consultant until now. I was thoroughly impressed and overwhelmed with gratitude for the outstanding care, attention, and service rendered to me as a customer at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I have complete confidence in their system and the way business is done because of Chris Martin. He was extremely patient and made sure that every step of the process was thoroughly explained and I received exactly what I wanted.Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is now my dealership for life. Chris Martin is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, caring, and personable. Sales professionals in this business that genuinely care about people as human beings and not as a number or a statistic, or even a "cash cow" are unheard of, as well as rarely seen. My experience at Sheehy Lexus was very positive. I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable at the dealership. Working with Chris List was great; his knowledge and experience surpassed my previous experiences with dealership representatives. The level of service and transparency he provided made the buying process easier than I initially expected. In terms of customer service Chris List was head and shoulders above the competition (Rang, Audi and Ford). Chris made me feel very comfortable about what I was buying. Throughout the entire process I never felt like he was trying to push me into a sale. So far so good!

My parents bought my car for me for graduation in 2007. They both drive BMWs and never have a very good service through BMW of Annapolis.

Since 2007, I have begun working with Joe Pecosh at Lexus of Annapolis. Joe is outstanding in customer service and I always feel that he gives a trusted answer and never makes me pay for more service on my car than what I need.

Joe always has a car ready for me at drop off and when picking up he explains each and every penny of what I am being charged.

My parents are now, ready to trade in the BMW's and drive only Lexus not only because of how much better the ride is in a Lexus vehicle but because of the service we have received from Joe!

3 year old Lexus was totaled in a 4 car accident. Because of the safety features of our RX-350, there were no injuries except for a sprained ankle and bruises. Extremely pleased with the safety and secure feeling driving our prior RX350. We needed a quick replacement. Jason and Chris made this a great car buying experience. This is our 4th RX and 3rd from this dealer. We recommend them highly and again are thankful to be driving such a safe car.
