My wife and I are shopping for a new car for her. She travels over an hour each way to and from work and knowing the Lexus reputation for reliability and luxury we felt a new Lexus is in her future. We had only been on the lot for a few minutes when greeted by a young man with a warm smile and a firm handshake. As it was a bit brisk he invited us inside to discuss which vehicle would meet our needs. The salesman(Henry Fox) was personal and professional as he laid out our options. While he and my wife discussed which car would be best for her I availed myself of a gratis massage at Mr. Fox's suggestion. As we are not impulse buyers a purchase wasn't made that day. However, we will return to Sheehy Lexus and purchase our Lexus from Mr. Fox. More

We sat down with him and with paper & pencil he outlined how he could put us into a new ES 350 with either a lease or sale. No hard pressure sales pitch, just showing us different numbers to see what we liked. After looking at several models & colors and working the numbers, we decided to trade in our old car. It was NOT the usual high pressure sales pitch with veiled threats and accusations but seemed more like sitting at the kitchen table and working out a deal. Since were about 7 years behind in automobile technology Chris took LOTS of time to explain all the features of the ES 350 including safety, warrenty, navigation, and all the other new bells & whistles found on 2012 models. We felt we were getting personal service and not just another customer to be hustled through the process. Chris's friendly disposition, willingness to listen to our concerns and overall positive attitude made the buying experience very enjoyable. Chris Powell - Finance - Chris was also great to work with. He took plenty of time to carefully explain all the costs, fees, taxes, etc. involved in financing the new car. He had no problem answering our questions in a polite & professional manner even though it was getting late in the day. There was none of the "whiz-bang just sign here and don't worry" attitude I have experienced at other dealerships. Excellent overall experience with very professional individuals. More
My wife and I loved our 1995 LS 400 and it was a difficult decision to trade it in. We didn't believe we could ever get the great car-ownership feeling we had with it. Plus, we weren't sure we could afford a new LS anyway. We thought of buying a certified used car, and went back to Sheehy because of the terrific service they have always provided. Salesman Dave Davies made it easy for us. He found a new 2010 LS 460 after the 2011 model year began. The car had exactly what we wanted, and since it was the previous model year, the price was much lower than we expected. It was a wonderful experience buying the car. Dave took care of all the details efficiently and thoroughly. Now, having owned the LS 460 for more than a year, I can honestly say it is worth every penny we paid for it. We plan to have it at least as long as we had the LS 400. More

I came in to Lexus of Annapolis on a very busy Saturday afternoon. It was just a few minutes,even before my massage was complete.Henry came to help.I had been to a couple of Lexus dealers before coming to Annapolis.Henry showed me all they do to recondition their cars.The car I bought was a much better value then the cars I viewed at the other dealers. Erick Morris, our Sales Associate, made buying the car a pleasure. From the moment we told him what we were looking for, he made it his mission to provide outstanding customer service. He answered all of our questions with straight-forward information and never gave us the run-around. His friendly, no nonsense, direct approach put us at ease and by the time we drove the car away, we felt like we'd known him for years. Over the next few days, Erick followed up with us several times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The entire Sheehy experience from start to finish was amazing. We were hesitant to bring our kids, but were glad we did. The playroom had a big screen TV, new toys, and even a tablet PC that kept my 7-year old entertained! The showroom was beautiful, the staff was helpful, and the price was better than we expected! If you're going to purchase a Lexus, I highly recommend driving past your local dealer and going to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. And ask for Erick! More

I compared them with other Lexus dealers in the area and they stood out in terms of the showroom, the professionalism of the people and the total lack of typical car-dealer pressure ("What can I do to put you in that car today?") Their price was also competitive with the best "buyer's club" prices I could find. Whenever I go back for service, or a free car wash, I try to stop in and say hi to Dave (It seems like he's always there). More
