The staff is unprofessional I worked with several members of the"Online Management Team." Outstanding Customer Service I worked mostly with Abdi Abdikadir, the sales manager. I am a 54 year old women and I believe it was the best customer service I have ever experience I worked mostly with Abdi Abdikadir, the sales manager. I am a 54 year old women and I believe it was the best customer service I have ever experienced in buying a car! They definitely wanted to attain my business and did everything they could to accommodate my desires including; giving me a very competitive asking price on the vehicle, decent trade-in, negotiated extended warranty and a great interest rate on my car loan! I had shopped several Nissan Dealerships all over the state of Virginia and Maryland and I couldn't speak more highly of my experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, especially Abdi, my salesperson! Crooks in the shop I took my 2010 Maxima in for a wheel bearing replacement what I got was more than I paid for. The work was completed on my car yet a few months later I took my 2010 Maxima in for a wheel bearing replacement what I got was more than I paid for. The work was completed on my car yet a few months later my car starts acting up and one day it would not start so I lift my hood and what did I find? The battery that was in my car had been replaced with an older battery that was not even the same color as the battery I originally had in my car. My battery was green and was installed in 2013 the battery they replaced it with was black and old and not even the right size. I called the service manager before posting this just to give them a chance to make it right but of course I was treated like a fool. My voice will be heard one way or another and as far as I am concerned this place in a den full of crooks, take your car here at your own risk but be warned something is bound to come up missing from your car. I would never take my car here and I hope anyone that reads this learns from what happened to me and avoid this place. More

Awesome! You made it happen and we are very grateful! Not everyone believes in giving a second chance but Sheehy did and because of this, my son was able to finance his car without a co-signer. Although I was exhausted from having been at the dealership for longer than I expected, it was all worth. Brad Colding and Kosal Long were awesome! They both went above and beyond and worked a deal on the financing as well as the service package which was more than my son and I ever imagined.
