New car purchase experience I got my 2015 Nissan Sentra from Sheehy Nissan in Manassas, VA. Our salesperson Hudson Maitland was very prompt, attentive and courteous. He waited on me right away and within minutes I was test driving a new Nissan. He not only honored the internet price that was listed for a different vehicle, he offered an upgraded model for the same price since I really liked the color: graphite blue. He was also able to get a fair value for my trade that was sight unseen as it was at AAA with a blown engine. I told him my price range and payment goals and he was very mindful of that and didn't try to steer me to more expensive vehicles that I couldn't afford. The finance officer was also extremely efficient and personable. He did his best to streamline the process and even showed me how the 0% financing was actually not a better deal than the $1,000 manufacturer rebate in the long run. He also suggested that by setting up bi-monthly payments I could cut 6 months off my 72 month loan. In conclusion, both of them made me feel comfortable and welcomed and really seemed to be there to make me happy and not just sell me a new car. I will recommend Sheehy Nissan to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More

Horrible Dealership If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I bought my car brand new from this dealership in 2011 and had so many issues with the process of If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I bought my car brand new from this dealership in 2011 and had so many issues with the process of buying it the Manager of the dealership had to get involved. I have free oil changes and inspections for the life of the car which is the only reason I return to the dealership for service. I have received poor service multiple times and been told I needed new brakes multiple times,so I took my car to a trusted mechanic who said my brakes were fine and didn't need to be replaced. Also a repair I needed the dealership said was $300 and the mechanic I use said it was $120. Same day my mechanic looked at my car I took it to the dealership for my free state inspection. I was then told after an hour wait that my car would fail because of my brakes. When I told him I just saw a mechanic that morning who is also a state inspector for the past 20 years and was told there was zero issues with my brakes my service adviser at Nissan seemed flustered and said he would put a failed sticker on my car and stormed off. Less then a minute later he came back and said he "misunderstood" his state inspector and they were just recommending the brakes should be replaced. I know that was a lie. There is no way you can mix up that they have to be replaced vs recommending they should be. I have always known dealerships over charge for their work but to lie and say work needs to be done that didn't actually need to be done is low. Next time I will pay to use my trusted mechanic. More
