There are not enough words to express the profesionalism and care of 3 employees of this dealership. Dustin,Derrick, and Lenny were angles when I was in need. I am from Texas, was staying in the Big Horns a and care of 3 employees of this dealership. Dustin,Derrick, and Lenny were angles when I was in need. I am from Texas, was staying in the Big Horns and broke down on the way in to Sheridan. They took me in w out an appointment, lent me a loader to pick up supplies while they checked it out. Found the problem, ordered an extra part from another local dealer, told me it would be a day to be complete. I rented a car yo get back up the mountain and went to Drop off the loaner to my suprise Lenny was test driving to make sure the truck was running ok from the repair. I was able to take back the loader and get back up the mountain before dark. Mine you I did not ever enter the dealer until @ 2. If ever in town they will be my contact for any future automotive needs. AND when it comes tonthe purchase of a new vehicle I will strongly consider it be on my mountain trip. This was immediately fixed at no cost to me. The finance manager Brian was wonderful too! He took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my financing, explained and was very up front about the extended warranties, and overall made the toughest part of the car buying experience a breeze! I would highly recommend buying from Sheridan Motors! More
