I needed an oil & filter change. They were supposed to wash the car..they did a half assed job of it. Also did not leave a sticker to tell me what mileage my next oil change was due. Total $86.00.. I am very satisfied with the Sheridan Nissan Dealership. Purchased my 2016 Nissan Rouge there and have ONLY taken it there for all my scheduled maintenance and service. Tim Blanchette, the Service Manager, Purchased my 2016 Nissan Rouge there and have ONLY taken it there for all my scheduled maintenance and service. Tim Blanchette, the Service Manager, has the department running very efficiently. Mr. Blanchette is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Mr. Blanchette seems to have a good working relationship with his employees which has the department running effectively and smoothly. I have had a good experience with the Service Dept and its employees. When I am ready to buy my next car, it will be from Sheridan Nissan and hopefully Mr Blanchette will still be in charge of the Service Dept. More
