Went in for oil change. Only took a half hour, so fast service. They did a inspection of my car as well, and told me about some issues that I should be aware of, but weren’t pushy about making the repairs service. It was a different experience from what I have experienced in the pass. I was not informed that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I received a 50% off on synthetic oil change coupon in t experienced in the pass. I was not informed that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I received a 50% off on synthetic oil change coupon in the mail. The coupon was not allowed because our vehicle does not take synthetic. That was a big disappointment seeing that I did inform the scheduler about the coupon prior. Lastly, the front desk guy was professional but impersonal and not really "service with a smile" guy.
