Absolutely terrific! I have been having problems with my AC for several years now, and I again brought my car in to the dealer for service. Mr. Chen was again totally professional, polite, and pleasant, and took care of everything in a timely manner, and reassured me that the work they did was still be covered even though my extended warranty expires in December.
