Lied too I brought my car in for service and told them I hit an animal and my plastic under carriage was shattered and they said they would look at it. They told me all it needed was a clip to put it back up when I got home I looked and it is shattered I have bought 5 cars here and will not buy another at this branch when Jeff was here he treated me like I was important I don’t get that now More

My oil change I have delt sherdian Nissan at 114 Dupont hwy for years, my Service Representative is Michael Galasso is always very professional, courteous and will I have delt sherdian Nissan at 114 Dupont hwy for years, my Service Representative is Michael Galasso is always very professional, courteous and will go out of his way to help your experience go as smooth as possible, if an issue arises Manger Tim's office door is always open. I would definitely recommend this Nissan dealership and mention Michael G. personally, the women's bathroom has always been clean on visits. Chan is an amazing representation of what all employ I go here for my oil change regularly and I know my vehicle is taken care of each and every time! Chan is an amazing representation of what all employee's at Sheridan should be, he is friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. He goes above and beyond from the time i schedule until the time I am paying and walking out the door. Not sure of the tech's who actually do my work but I do know my vehicle is always left their lot cleaner than it came in, they do a quick clean to get it all shined up! Won't go anywhere else but Sheridan Nissan in New Castle. More

Bad service trying to upsell. They left my air intake filter cover loose after taking it apart trying to sell me an air filter. I was sitting in the customer lounge and the service They left my air intake filter cover loose after taking it apart trying to sell me an air filter. I was sitting in the customer lounge and the servicee adviser approached me and said he wanted to talk to me and to follow him, I responded what do you want and he got indignant about me not wanting to go talk to him. He responded to me that my car needed an air filter and a cabin air filter, I said I just changed both of them items six months ago. I said to him I am a mechanic by trade and do my maintanace myself at which he replied that it did not show on their records and it needed to done and what did I want to do, I told him no at which point he got mad and stormed away. Over the last two years I have had my oil changed and they have told me I need a new battery because it failed the load test everytime. Everytime I have told them no and load tested it myself when going to work the following day it has passed. This time they never said anything about the battery even tho it supposedly has been marginal for two years. The only reason I get my oil changed at the dealer is because during the purchasing negotiation the tried to sell me the liftime oil change and I told them no, but after sitting for an hour and a half to get to the finance man it appeared on my sale contract ang I didn’t want to spend anymore time in the dealer so I accepted the $300. dollar up charge. I really don’t trust them anymore. More
