MANIPULATIVE SNOW JOB. Once again the little guy gets the dirty end of the stick. My wife paid $30,000 CASH FOR her car, and was manipulated, by Katey in the finance department, to purchase "EXTRA INSURANCE" to cover her car doors in case of small damage being caused by accidental means. We discovered a 2" scratch on the left back door that was caused by someone in a store parking lot. Called to set an appointment to get 1st oil change, since we paid $200.00 for an oil change membership, and informed them of the scratch on the door. Was told I could only bring it in on a Monday because thats the only day "the guy" will be there. It was drizzling rain in the morning and was told "the guy" wasn't there yet but if the rain stopped, which it did, it would be no problem. Went to pick the car up that evening and looked at the repair, and saw that all they did was take a paint marker and draw across the scratch. This left the scratch still very visible and looked very amature and tacky. When I confronted the service team I was told that thats all they were responsible to do and that my contract didn't cover "scratches". So basically, I'm screwed!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going home after work today to study my contract and see exactly what it says. Nevertheless they acted like they did not care about our car or us as a customer. Their main focus was on how they could get out of having to fix the scratch correctly. Stay tuned, more to be revealed. More
Sarcastic response from Service Department Employee I arrived for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment today. I was not aware that at my appointment time there was a big employee luncheon scheduled. The garage doors were closed and it was difficult to find even one customer parking spot left. There were people grilling foods right next to the Service entrance. Instead of being friendly to me as I walked by the limited space to enter the service area, I was given some really weird mean looks, and none of them even said hello to me. I mentioned that to an employee named Chan in the Service area, and he sarcastically told me not to penalize his service department with a complaint because it would look bad for them too. I did not mean to insult the Service department and have never been treated so badly there before. I called Chip Sheridan's number that he gives for online complaint and am awaiting a response. More

I feel the dealer ship has little to no respect for the people they help. I go in to have my oil change and tires rotated that service went ok, I order a part just before my warranty ran out (weather str people they help.
