Sheridan Nissan - Service Center

I could not ask for a better experience during my service visit to Sheridan Nissan. I had an annoying noise while I was driving. It was not loud, but I did no know what it was. The service advisor ( I did n visit to Sheridan Nissan. I had an annoying noise while I was driving. It was not loud, but I did no know what it was. The service advisor ( I did not get his name) asked the service supervisor to look at my car so I would not have to wait a long time. The service supervisor, Mike, could not have been more caring and professional. He took my car for a ride and when he could not identify the noise, took a ride with me. He was not able to pin point the noise and assured me that my car was running fine. He also documented my visit and gave me a complimentary car wash. I really appreciated his time and thoroughness. Sheridan Nissan customer service was very professional and courteous during my visit.
