The only negative comment I would have is the financial guy. He was rude and very hostile when we declined the extension to the warranty. My husband tried to explain why we were declining and he over talked my husband said "my husband seem angry." After this he would not give us eye contact. He was then short with any an all questions we asked and seemed quite annoyed that we were asking questions and for clarity. Sour note to an otherwise pleasant experience. More

Pricey When I got the quote for how much my service would cost to replace a simple valve and how long it would take, I was shocked. My car isn’t even worth that. After doing my own research, I found the part at the local auto parts store, in stock, and another shop who will replace it for only $150 labor.
