I got a flat and driving on it to a safe spot my tire was shredded. I used FCA roadside assitance, which worked great, and was towed to the Shottenkirk dealership. I bought a used car, got it home and drove it for 7 days before it broke down. I had to wait 6 days without a vehicle before the dealership got me a vehicle. This is unacceptable on every level.
