Two visits ago the sticker on the corner of the drivers windshield was not changed. I was assured all was checked and was offered to change the sticker, not to check everything. Was the battery really checked? Last week you repaired a transmission problem. When I picked up my Expedition the battery was dead (lights were left on), running boards were locked closed (l had them locked open by you last year) and windshield was cracked. Not happy More

If an automated text is sent that says “you can text anytime you have a question” and there is never any response to the question, then you need to make that text system is working or not use it. When the customer calls to check if their truck is ready, yes or no question, don’t leave them on hold for 20 minutes. When the customer calls back with the same question and is told that they will call right back and then has to call back 30 minutes later with the same simple yes or no questions, it can be a little frustrating.
