I arrived at the dealership and met a young salesman. I knew what I wanted to see, I had been on their website and I printed a picture of the truck and I gave it to the salesman. They didn’t jerk me around and the finance guy didn’t try to sell me forty things I didn’t want. The dealership delivered the truck to my house later that day. It was a great buying experience for me. More

My service advisor Karen was great. I was waiting and it only took a short time for oil change - cabin filter and inspection. Needed new tires and got a very good price on them. Only problem was making appointment was through a call center who told me there were no appointments available and dealership would call but they never told dealership. Had to use web based appointment system. More
